Forty are pioneering commercial experts, working in partnership with housing associations and developers, to deliver mixed-use destinations which attract residents and support local communities. 

 

We specialise in mixed-use, having developed a comprehensive range of services aimed at helping our partners conceive, deliver, and manage the non-residential. 

 

Our services combine to provide a unified solution to our partners that offer Research, Development Consultancy, Asset Management, Surveying and Commercial Agency services. 

 

As a strategic partner our team has a unique understanding of the commercial marketplace, and by adopting a more considered approach we support the delivery of sustainable communities. 

 

Our current partnerships will see us deliver over 43,000 m² of new retail, leisure and associated commercial space across schemes, which will bring over 13,500 new homes to market in the coming years.
