Guinness Homes have committed to delivering a landmark scheme in a key East London opportunity area at their Imperial 2 scheme. The site incorporates a large quantum of non-residential floorspace that Guinness want to ensure meets with their placemaking agenda and supports both the on-site residential community and the local employment community.
Forty are providing strategic development consultancy and asset management services as well as lease advisory support.
