News: Network Homes announce the appointment of Forty Group as non-residential advisers

Forty are delighted to announce their successful appointment by Network Homes on a 5 year contract. Forty will manage Network’s existing non-residential portfolio as well as provide development consultancy and commercial agency services. Network Homes is an award winning housing association. With 20,000 quality affordable homes across London and Hertfordshire, we build, sell, rent and manage homes in thriving communities, housing over 38,000 people.

Network’s non-residential portfolio extends to some 130 properties and the organisation has a large development pipeline that will see a substantial amount of commercial accommodation added to the portfolio over the coming years.
