Forty will manage Network’s existing non-residential portfolio as well as provide development consultancy and commercial agency services. Network Homes is an award winning housing association. Network’s non-residential portfolio extends to some 130 properties and the organisation has a large development pipeline that will see a substantial amount of commercial accommodation added to the portfolio over the coming years.
